- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I guess I had my expectations up too high. I walked in for Pneumonia with a horrible cough and a fever of 101.5. Needless to say I wasn't feeling well. The nurse, taking down my information, was distracted by a toddler wailing in the room next to mine. She got an important medical date wrong, and she kept talking about the child and what treatment he was getting. The doctor seemed to be rushing through my medical history and was asking me about medications (I don't know if you have ever had a high fever for days on end...but you can't think. I'm a thinker. I couldn't think.). At the end they didn't provide me with any sort of after visit summary, of how to take the medications or the procedure they did. Lastly, even though their clinic is supposedly contracted with my medical provider, they sent me to a pharmacy that is not. Not helpful guys. I'm not going back there again unless I need it.July 05, 2017by Allison Mack
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The staff is friendly, the rooms look clean, and the wait time for appointments are short. I would have given a 5 star, however, about five different times they have sent a prescription for me or my family to the wrong pharmacy! This is very odd to me, because the staff specifically asks you during your appointment, "Where would you like your prescription filled?" And each time I reply, "Owl Pharmacy in Cheney please." Later on, I travel to Cheney Owl to pick it up, and it is rarely called in to Owl as Rockwood said they would do. Owl Pharmacy has been great, calling around to area pharmacies to find out, on more than one occasion, that it was called in to some other pharmacy or not called in at all. This is not acceptable. Not being able to take a prescribed medication can, as many people know, cause more health problems. Accuracy, especially in the medical field, is important!February 26, 2017by Jacki Young
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I hate Rockwood, I dealt with them for over a year. I suffered a traumatic brain injury, which has left me disabled. I was sent to them from e.r., where I never saw a dr. just nurse practitioner. She treated like I was faking, she actually told me that she had real patients to help. If she would have given me the right treatment right after injury, I wouldn't be in my present state. She didn't even know about post concussion syndrome. Her name is Teri Tu####. She is a person that should not be seeing patients. I have never given bad reviews to any other buisness. After dealing with her, and Rockwood I wouldn't set foot in another clinic ran by them if I was dying!!!!January 13, 2017by dann mount
