- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I called to ask the Dr. A question with respect to our black Lab we had spent Hundreds of dollars at this location. The front office worker would not allow this to happen. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Throughout the years I, like a lot of other happy pet owners, have visited many veterinary clinics. Dr. Titchenal at Cheney veterinary clinic and her assistant Rose were by far outstanding me and my cat. They helped explain her allergies and performed phenomenally.
